Installation

1. Copy the “CiteaLLE” folder to `Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\`
2. Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
3. Navigate to `mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\`
4. Right-click on `dlclist.xml` and click Edit.
5. Add this line: `dlcpacks:/CiteaLLE/`
6. Save the file.

VehFuncs V Installation

1. Download VehFuncs V
2. Place the VehFuncsV files and folder into the main GTA V folder.
3. Place the citea120.ini and citea120a.ini files into the VehFuncsV folder.
4. Check in the game.

• citea120 - normal version
• citea120a - liveries version

Compatibility

Note: The mod author indicates the RPM indicator may not function correctly with older versions of Script Hook V Dot Net. Please update to the latest version if you encounter this issue. The directional LED signs have a modified shader for improved visibility, especially at night.
