ShaderV | The Ingame Shader Editing Tool

ShaderV is a powerful tool designed to aid you in creating custom and edited shaders for GTA 5. Edit in-game shaders at runtime, allowing you to create and test in real-time. This tool is in its early stages, but already offers a range of functionalities to enhance your shader creation process.

Features

• HLSL Decompilation on the fly
• Replace existing shaders with custom ones using the .shader format (.cso files renamed for simplicity)
• Edit and recompile shaders in-game and see updates instantly

Everything needed to run ShaderV is included. Example shaders, enabled by default, are located in the /shaders/ directory.

A standalone "Shader Loader" (a no-UI version of this system) will be released in the future, allowing creators to distribute graphic mods easily.

Note that this version does not currently support ASM, but support will be added at some point in the future.

Installation

1. Extract the ShaderV files into your GTA 5 game directory.
2. Run the game.
3. Experiment with the example shaders in the /shaders/ directory, or create your own.
