Beach Mansion (Sandy Shores)

Here’s a ready-made house for Sandy Shores, with decorations and a unique design! 🌴

❗ Make sure you download version “V 1.3” to get the latest fixes! ❗
You’ll find the house on the beach to the right of Sandy Shores, towards Grapeseed. (Check the pictures!)

What’s New:

• V 1.1: First release!
• V 1.2: Added lights, a bar, weights, more decorations, and fixed some small problems.
• V1.3: Fixed major glitches and windows.

What You Need:

1. OpenIV
2. Bob74_ipl | If you don’t see all the furniture, use this to load it: Bob74_ipl

How to Install (Single Player)

1. Download the file and open the “SP” folder.
2. Open “OpenIV” and turn on Edit Mode.
3. Go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and put the BSSH folder here.
4. Go to update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
5. Add this line at the end: dlcpacks:/bssh/
6. Start GTA 5 and have fun!

How to Install (FiveM)

1. Download the file and unzip it.
2. Drag the BSSH folder into your resources folder.
3. Add “Ensure BSSH” to your server.cfg file to start it up.
