Choose a NaturalVision package for your exact GTA V edition and intended use before installing it. A package for single-player is not automatically compatible with FiveM. FiveM for GTAV Enhanced currently keeps pure mode enabled during early access and does not allow graphics mods.

Choose the matching package
The official Razed Mods page distinguishes NaturalVision Evolved and NaturalVision Enhanced. Follow the creator’s current package description and included readme for your game edition. Download access and package contents can change; use the creator’s source rather than an old mirror.
For FiveM, check the game edition used by your community before downloading a graphics package. The official Enhanced compatibility notes explain the current graphics-mod restriction. A GTA V Enhanced single-player mod does not bypass that restriction.
Prepare a clean baseline and recovery copy
- Launch the matching unmodified GTA V installation and confirm that it works. If you intend to play FiveM, also join your usual server with clean files.
- Record the game edition, installed package version, graphics settings and the symptom you want to improve.
- Back up every file that the package’s instructions will replace. Keep the backup outside the active game/client directories and record where each file belongs.
- Read the package’s installation and removal instructions before changing anything. If they do not explicitly cover your edition and intended client, stop and check with the creator.
Install only the supported client package
Close GTA V and FiveM. Follow the readme included with the exact package, using only the tools and destination paths it specifies. Single-player instructions and FiveM client instructions are different; do not copy files from one method into the other.
For a supported Legacy FiveM package, use the NaturalVision installation walkthrough alongside that readme. Install the main package first and test it before enabling optional effects or another graphics layer.
Do not place a player’s NaturalVision archive in a server’s resources directory. Installing it on your own computer does not distribute it to joining players. Link players to the official creator instead of republishing files.
Check server restrictions
On Legacy, server rules and pure mode can restrict client modifications. The pure-mode guide explains the difference between permitted modifications and a clean-client requirement. Check with server staff when the policy is unclear, and keep a clean configuration available.
Do not attempt to bypass pure mode or anti-cheat restrictions. For FiveM Enhanced early access, use the built-in graphics settings with clean files.
Compare quality and stability
Compare repeatable scenes before and after installation. Use the same locations, weather, resolution and settings. Check daylight, darkness, rain, interiors and fast vehicle movement. Watch frame-time spikes and texture streaming as well as average FPS.
Test one graphics layer at a time. If performance drops, disable optional effects individually and compare again. Use the FiveM settings guide to establish a stable baseline before increasing visual load.
Diagnose a problem and restore clean files
- Crash after installation: close the client, follow the package’s uninstall instructions or restore the exact replaced files, then repeat the clean launch test.
- Flickering textures or unusual colors: remove overlapping graphics packs and presets, then test the main package alone.
- No visible change: confirm the game edition and destination in the readme. A restricted server may ignore modified files.
- Server rejects the client: reconnect with the clean configuration and read that community’s client-mod policy.
If the same problem continues without the mod, investigate the underlying game/client installation. Verify game files through the launcher when necessary; file verification may not remove extra files added by a mod, so use the package’s removal list too.
The setup is ready when the intended supported client launches, your permitted server accepts it, the visual change appears and repeatable scenes remain usable. Keep the clean backup for updates and servers that require it.
