From small businesses to large enterprises, this GTA 5 single-player mod allows you to strategically invest in a wide range of properties and businesses, manage them effectively, and reap the rewards.

Become a savvy investor as you buy and sell properties displayed dynamically on the map. Influence your investments by launching marketing campaigns and responding to in-game events that affect purchase prices, sale prices, and daily income. Each character (Michael, Franklin, and Trevor) maintains separate property portfolios, adding a layer of depth to your entrepreneurial pursuits. Manage your empire through the dedicated iFruit contact, offering convenient access to all Global Invest features.

Installation

1. Make sure you have all the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package, Script Hook V, latest ScriptHookVDotNet Nightly or Enhanced, LemonUI SHVDN3 (v2.2), and iFruitAddon2 (v3.1.1) installed.
2. Drag and drop all .dll and .json files into your scripts folder.
