Il mio server FiveM verrà bannato se utilizzo auto di marche vere?

Can Real-Brand Cars Get a FiveM Server Banned?

Yes, real-brand vehicle packs can expose a FiveM server to enforcement or rights-holder complaints. A logo, model design, product name or copied asset may involve third-party intellectual-property rights. Owning GTA V or downloading a pack does not grant permission to redistribute those assets on a public server.

Policy basis: reviewed 9 August 2026 against the current Cfx.re Platform License Agreement E Rockstar Games legal terms. This is operational guidance, not legal advice.

Why real-world cars are risky

  • Trademarks: badges, manufacturer names and model names can identify a protected brand.
  • Copyright and design rights: meshes, textures and other files may be copied from a commercial game or model library.
  • Redistribution: a creator may lack the right to sell or share the source asset.
  • Commercial use: monetizing access can increase the practical and contractual risk.

Audit every vehicle pack

  1. Record the creator, source URL, license and purchase receipt.
  2. Ask whether the mesh and textures are original or licensed for redistribution.
  3. Search the files and UI for manufacturer badges, model names and copied marketing artwork.
  4. Check whether the pack’s license permits public and commercial server use.
  5. Remove the resource when provenance is missing; do not rely on “everyone uses it.”

Safer alternatives

Prefer original fictional vehicles with original names, logos and textures. A superficial badge swap does not necessarily solve the problem when the underlying design or copied files remain. Keep a provenance register for every vehicle and a documented removal path.

What to do after a complaint

Preserve the notice and deployment record, disable the disputed resource, and do not re-upload it under another name. Review related packs from the same source. If the claim is material or contested, get qualified legal advice instead of arguing from community custom.

Will one car automatically ban the server?

No public checklist can predict a specific enforcement outcome. The practical decision is whether the operator can prove rights and comply with the current platform agreement. If that evidence is absent, replace the pack before it becomes an incident.
