Legacy ESX Property resource
The delivered package identifies itself as ESX Property 1.0.4. It contains client/server code, an SQL file and locale files for English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, Polish and Swedish. The SQL file has 364 property insert rows, not the 500 advertised in the legacy product title.
The manifest depends on es_extended, instance, cron, esx_addonaccount, esx_addoninventory, esx_datastore E mysql-async. Real-estate-agent management is disabled by default and requires its separate ESX resource when enabled.
