FiveMX purchase policy
Lifetime update access, defined precisely.
Eligible FiveMX purchases keep access to replacement and additional download files that FiveMX publishes to the same product listing. There is no recurring subscription fee for that access.
What is included?
- Access to the current files attached to the same eligible listing.
- Access to replacement files published in an existing download slot.
- Access to additional files FiveMX later attaches to that same listing.
- Unlimited re-downloads while the order remains eligible and FiveMX operates the listing and delivery service.
What does “lifetime” mean here?
“Lifetime” means the supported lifetime of the original FiveMX listing and FiveMX download service—not the lifetime of the buyer, developer or game. If FiveMX publishes an update to that same listing, the original eligible purchase receives access without buying a subscription.
What is not promised?
- No developer is required to create future updates or follow a fixed release schedule.
- Compatibility with every future FiveM artifact, framework version or third-party dependency is not guaranteed.
- Ongoing installation support, customization or server administration is not included unless the listing says so.
- A separately sold sequel, major rebuild or different product listing is not automatically included.
- Access can be restricted for refunded, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders.
How is access delivered?
Available files appear in the eligible order and, for account holders, under My Account → Downloads. FiveMX keeps current download IDs synchronized with prior eligible purchases and does not expire those download permissions under this policy.
