Properties and Raids is an immersive GTA V singleplayer script designed to enhance the utility and risk associated with property ownership. Purchase various properties, stash your hard-earned cash in secure locations, and park your vehicles strategically. However, be warned: attracting police attention to your properties can trigger intense police raids, adding a thrilling layer of challenge to your criminal empire.

The mod introduces a dynamic raid system where police activity is directly linked to your actions. Depositing cash while wanted or parking a vehicle during a pursuit can flag your property, leading to a full-scale police intervention. During a raid, expect police vehicles and officers to swarm your location. Engage at your own peril – losing your wanted level after a confrontation could result in the seizure of your stash and the impounding of parked vehicles. Parked personal vehicles are not saved or deleted by the mod.

Installation

1. Make sure you have ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet 3.6.0 or newer, and NativeUI installed.
2. Drop the DLL file into your scripts folder.

How to Play

The mod runs automatically. Buy a property, store money in the stash, or park a vehicle at an owned property. Be careful using your properties while wanted, because suspicious activity can cause the police to raid them later.
