YTYP Importer for 3DsMax

This tool is designed for GTA 5 modders who create MLOs in 3ds Max. It allows you to import YTYP entities directly into 3ds Max, automatically snapping all props into their correct positions and rotations. Say goodbye to manual alignment and guesswork!

Installation

1. Place the script file (.mse) into your 3ds Max Scripts/Startup folder.
2. Example: "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2025\scripts\Startup"
3. Restart 3ds Max.
4. You will now find the GTAV YTYP Importer under the Utilities tab.

How to Use

1. Use CodeWalker or OpenIV to extract YDRs, YBNs, Textures, etc.
2. Import all extracted models into 3ds Max using GIMS Evo.
3. Import your YTYP by clicking "Import YTYP Entities" in the Utilities tab.
4. Load your YTYP file, and everything will be placed in the correct position.

Your full interior is now ready inside 3ds Max!

• 3Ds Max (2016 or newer recommended)
• GIMS Evo
