What is an ESX script for FiveM?

An ESX script is a FiveM server resource designed to integrate with the ESX roleplay framework and its player, job, economy or database systems. ESX scripts can add police tools, jobs, inventories, phones, HUDs, housing or administration, but the ESX label alone does not guarantee compatibility.
