Pick the category before the interior. An MLO is a building, and a building is only worth its price if the server has a use for the space inside it. A police station without a police job is scenery. A nightclub without a nightclub script is an empty room with good lighting. This page maps the categories to the roleplay they support, so the buying decision starts from what your server does rather than from a screenshot.
The categories, measured
Counts and prices below were read from the live catalogue on 1 August 2026 and cover published, purchasable products in US dollars. Follow a category link for the current list; the archive is the source, this table is a snapshot.
| Category | Products | Price range (USD) | What the space is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| FiveM mansions | 67 | 6.00 to 48.99 | Wealth roleplay, cartel and mafia bases, private parties. The largest single category, and the one that most often ships with garages and multiple floors. |
| Police stations | 51 | 3.49 to 63.00 | Cells, evidence, briefing and armoury rooms. Only useful with a police job that actually references those rooms. |
| Restaurant MLOs | 35 | 9.00 to 39.00 | Player-run food businesses. Small footprints, kitchen and counter areas, usually paired with a job script. |
| Nightclub MLOs | 33 | 11.42 to 86.00 | Event spaces with stages, bars and DJ areas. The widest price spread of any MLO category, because size and lighting work vary enormously. |
| Gang hood MLOs | 29 | 6.99 to 50.00 | Territory interiors and street-level bases for gang roleplay. Frequently placed at contested coordinates, so check conflicts first. |
| Paleto MLOs | 15 | 16.00 to 38.99 | Interiors for the northern town rather than the city. Useful when a server wants a second population centre. |
| Hospital MLOs | 14 | 16.99 to 45.99 | Treatment, surgery and morgue spaces for EMS roleplay. Pairs with a medic script, not with a generic revive. |
| Car dealer MLOs | 11 | 15.00 to 34.99 | Showrooms for player-run vehicle sales. The smallest category, and the one most dependent on a matching dealership script. |
The full MLO archive held 540 purchasable products on the same date, from 5.00 to 99.99 USD. The eight categories above account for 255 of them, so roughly half the archive is interiors that do not fall into a themed group: apartments, offices, warehouses, garages and one-off builds.
How to choose between categories
- Start from the jobs you already run. An interior that no script uses adds streaming cost and nothing else.
- Check the location before the interior. Two MLOs cannot share an address. Popular locations conflict most, and the conflict is not visible until both resources are running.
- Match the size to your player count. A large nightclub built for a hundred-player server is dead space on a server of twenty.
- Prefer categories where you can name the script. If you cannot say which resource will use the rooms, buy the script first.
What price actually tracks
Across these categories price tracks interior volume and prop density far more than it tracks quality. The nightclub range from 11.42 to 86.00 USD is the clearest example: the low end is a single room, the high end is a multi-floor venue with a working stage area. A cheap MLO is not a worse MLO, it is usually a smaller one.
What price does not tell you is whether the interior collides with what you already run, whether it ships its ytyp correctly, or whether the seller will update it after a game patch. Those are the questions worth asking, and they are the same questions in every category.
Before you buy any of them
Read MLO vs YMAP first if you are not certain a listing is an interior at all. A placement edit and an interior are priced in the same range and are not the same product. There are also free MLOs worth testing against your existing map resources before spending anything, purely to see how your server handles a new map resource.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which FiveM MLO category should a new server buy first?
The one matching a job your server already runs. A police station is the usual first purchase because most servers start with a police job, and the interior gives that job cells, evidence and briefing rooms to reference. Buying an interior no script uses adds streaming cost and no roleplay.
Do MLO packs work on ESX, QBCore and Qbox?
Yes. An interior is streamed map content and does not call framework functions, so the same MLO runs on any framework or on a standalone server. The scripts that make use of the interior are framework-specific; the interior is not.
How many MLOs can one server run?
There is no fixed limit, but every map resource adds to what each player downloads and streams. The practical ceiling is player experience rather than a number: watch your resource download size and your client streaming budget as you add interiors.
Why do two MLOs break each other?
Because they occupy the same coordinates. Whichever map resource loads last wins, and the visible result is a mixed or empty interior. Check the location of an interior against what you already run before buying a second one for the same address.
Are the prices on this page current?
They were read from the live catalogue on 1 August 2026 and are a snapshot. Prices change with sales and with new products, so use the category links for the current range rather than treating the table as live.
