The mod brings a detailed and immersive underground base inspired by the creator's military experiences, combined with fresh ideas. The AREA 69 mod creates a new secret military site under Fort Zancudo and includes the following additions:

Underground Base: A hidden base located under Fort Zancudo.
Cargo Ship: A cargo vessel located in the ocean near the base.
Aircraft Carrier: An aircraft carrier docked next to Fort Zancudo.
Increased Vegetation: Enhanced greenery around the military base.
