About This Mod
Limited Weapons (Pickups Alternative)
This GTA 5 single-player mod alters the weapon inventory system, making it function like older GTA titles. Instead of accumulating multiple weapons of the same type, picking up a new weapon will replace the existing one. This applies when starting the game, switching characters, and collecting new weapons.
Features
- Replicates the weapon inventory system of older GTA games (like GTA IV and San Andreas).
- Picking up a weapon of the same type replaces the currently equipped weapon.
- Applies on game start, character switch, and weapon pickup.
Installation
- Make sure you have ScriptHookV and ScriptHookDotNet installed.
- Extract the contents of the mod archive into your GTA 5 "scripts" folder. If you don't have one, create it in your GTA 5 game directory.
This mod pairs well with manual pickup mods such as Manual Pickups or Immersive Pickups as well as weapon storage mods like Trunk Weapon Storage
