Installation

1. Open your GTA V directory.
2. Navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V/scripts/
3. Copy: LosSantosSerialKiller.cs (or .dll) and LosSantosSerialKiller.ini into the scripts folder.
4. Ensure Script Hook V, ScriptHookVDotNet, and Red Dead Vehicle Storage are installed and up to date.
5. Launch the game.

Configuration

Fine-tune the experience in LosSantosSerialKiller.ini to adjust vehicle trunk offsets, body limits, witness sensitivity, police response timing, and escalation thresholds.
