This livery is designed to work with Vx5 Voltage's 1996 Vapid Stanier Mod. For the best experience, ensure you have this vehicle installed. You can find the mod here: 1996 Vapid Stanier LSPD Replace.

Installation
- Ensure you have Vx5 Voltage's 1996 Vapid Stanier Mod installed.
- Use the MAPPED model from the 'Bonus Stuff' folder in that mod. Rename it to "96pol".
- Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/lspd1996 (or lspd1996replace if you are replacing)/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf
- Open 96pol.ytd and 96pol+hi.ytd with OpenIV.
- Extract the contents of the downloaded 1996NYSPStanier archive.
- Enable Edit Mode in OpenIV.
- Open both YTD files.
- Drag and drop (or import) all 7 livery files from the 'Liveries' folder into both the YTD and Hi+.ytd files.
- Save the changes in both YTD files.
Optional North Yankton License Plates
- Navigate to lspd1996/dlc.rpf/common/data.
- Right-click carvariations.meta and select 'Edit'.
- In the 96pol section, locate the line containing and .
- Find the line underneath that says "police guv plate" and rename it to "yankton plate" (lowercase).
- Save the changes.
