Step into nostalgia with RetroPrint, the most unique and feature-rich 3D printing script for FiveM! This script enhances your server’s crafting experience and adds a whole new dimension to your gameplay with a stunning Windows 98-inspired interface and a deep, immersive manufacturing system.
Features
- Retro-UI Experience: A fully functional, pixel-perfect Windows 95/98 themed interface with easy controls.
- Dynamic 3D Previews: Watch your items take shape! A rotating 3D prop of the actual item appears inside the printer during production.
- Immersive Audio: Includes a built-in audio player.
- Persistent Placement: Use a printer item to place the printer anywhere.
- Material System: Printers require “Filament” (material) to operate. Manage resources and refill tanks to keep production running.
- Optimized Performance: Advanced distance-based optimization ensures animations and logic only run when players are nearby (under 50m). The script sleeps completely (0.00ms) when no prints are active. When active but far away, it runs at ultra-low usage (~0.01ms) by skipping animations.
- Advanced & Easy Configuration: Set the exact Time (in seconds) it takes to print and how much Material (%) it consumes.
- Flexible Rewards: Configure the printer to give either items or weapons. You can even specify the amount of ammo included with printed firearms!
- Job-Specific Access: Create exclusive blueprints! Restrict certain printables to one or multiple jobs (e.g., only ‘Police’ and ‘Ambulance’ can print specific gear).
- Scalability: Add as many items as you want. Select any GTA model as a Preview Prop to match the item being printed inside the device.
- Multi-language Support: Easily translate every single text, button, and notification. Comes pre-configured with English and Finnish locales!
- Custom printer Support: Works with custom 3D printer props.
Installation
- Ensure you have the required dependencies: ESX, mythic_progbar, and ox_target.
- Obtain a 3D Printer Prop (Made By BzZzi).
- Install the RetroPrint resource into your FiveM server.
- Configure the
config.luafile to your liking. - Start the resource in your
server.cfgfile.
Compatibility
