Installation
- Navigate to: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
- Place the tmspd folder into the dlcpacks directory.
- Locate dlclist.xml at: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
- Right-click on dlclist.xml and select 'Edit'.
- Scroll to the bottom of the file and add a new line.
- Insert the following line: dlcpacks:/tmspd/
- Save the changes to dlclist.xml and exit.
Spawn the vehicle in-game using the name: tmspd
