Installation
- Copy the vectrec folder to: X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks
- Use OpenIV and navigate to: X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
- Right-click and edit dlclist.xml, then add the following line: dlcpacks:/vectrec/
