GCPhone Video Call

GCPhone Video Call adds WebRTC video calling to gcPhone and CrewPhone. It is an extension for an existing phone resource, not a complete phone.

Video-call features

• Real-time WebRTC video that works alongside the server’s existing voice system.
• Front/back camera switching and responsive framing.
• Color filters and face-tracked image effects.
• TURN routing to avoid exposing player IP addresses directly.
• Automatic video reconnection after a WebRTC disconnect.

Installation outline

1. Start the yarn resource and ensure cs-video-call before the phone.
2. Add the supplied client and server hook files to the phone manifest.
3. Load the supplied core JavaScript hook from the phone NUI.
4. Review the documented config.lua options before restarting the phone.
