Medical scripts turn a basic revive command into an EMS workflow: injury states, treatment steps, hospital interaction, mobility aids, dispatch and persistent patient data. The right resource is the one that fits your framework and roleplay depth without conflicting with inventory, targeting, voice or an existing ambulance job.
Ambito: FiveMX sells and indexes third-party resources. Features vary by product and version, so the product page and included documentation remain the source of truth. This guide was reviewed on 9 August 2026.
Choose the medical system before the product
| Server need | Cercare | Test first |
|---|---|---|
| Simple community | Stable downed state, revive, billing and clear permissions | Reconnect while injured and a scheduled restart |
| Serious RP | Body-part injuries, diagnostics, treatment sequence and medical records | Two medics treating the same patient |
| Large EMS department | Dispatch, stretcher/wheelchair flow, hospital zones and audit trail | Peak incident with several patients and vehicles |
| Custom framework stack | Documented exports/events and configurable adapters | Inventory, target, phone and billing integrations |
Compatibility checklist
- Struttura: confirm the exact ESX, QBCore, Qbox or standalone version. “QBCore compatible” does not prove support for your fork.
- Dipendenze: list every required library, inventory, targeting and database resource before purchase.
- Ownership of state: decide which script controls death, last stand, revive and hospital spawning. Two resources must not own the same event.
- Persistenza: test logout, reconnect and restart behaviour for injuries and carried patients.
- Permessi: verify job grades and server-side validation for treatment, billing and item use.
- Aggiornamenti: record the support channel, changelog and whether modified files remain updateable.
Stage the resource safely
- Back up the database and the current ambulance/death resources.
- Install on staging with the documented dependency order.
- Test injury, revive, respawn, reconnect, billing and inventory consumption.
- Repeat with two players and then with a realistic incident load.
- Check the server console and client F8 console for errors; profile any new resource-time spikes.
- Write the rollback steps before enabling it for the live EMS team.
Medical resources versus hospital maps
A hospital MLO changes the environment; a medical script changes gameplay and state. They can complement each other, but neither guarantees compatibility with the other. Confirm zone coordinates, bed interactions, elevators and spawn points on the exact map version you use.
