A hospital MLO should support treatment, patient intake and emergency-service movement without creating unnecessary empty space. Compare entrances, wards, treatment rooms, staff areas and vehicle access in the preview. Trace the player route from arrival to discharge. The map also needs to fit the respawn, door-lock and medic systems already used by the server.
