Beach villa map package
The download is a FiveM map resource containing three YMAP files, a YTYP file and streamed model and texture assets. The archive includes stone, tile, wood, wall, grass and gravel materials used by the villa map.
Installation scope
The package uses the older __resource.lua manifest and does not include a housing, door, garage or inventory script. Install it as a map resource, start it on a staging server and verify placement, collision and interaction points before connecting separate gameplay systems.
