3CORE Garages/Parking lets players buy configured parking spots, park owned vehicles and retrieve them through a browser interface. Its server paths support ESX or QBCore vehicle ownership tables, and its database wrapper offers oxmysql or mysql-async modes.
Compatibility and setup
Import the supplied 3core_parking table and choose the framework and database wrapper in the shared configuration. The manifest does not explicitly load either database library, so confirm the selected wrapper is available before startup. Review parking coordinates and prices, then test ownership checks, payments, state updates and restart handling on a disposable database.
