The brofx10 download is a FiveM map resource for the Richman mansion shown in the preview. Its archive includes fxmanifest.lua, a coordinate text file, YMAP and YTYP data, collision files, interior models and textures.
The package contains map assets only. It has no property ownership, keys, storage, wardrobe or door-lock scripts. Use the supplied coordinates as a placement reference, then check collision and conflicts with other Richman-area maps before deployment.
