Definition – What is Metagaming (FiveM)
Meta Gaming (MG) = Using Out-Of-Character (OOC) information for In-Character (IC) advantage. Your character can ONLY act on information obtained through legitimate IC means.

Scenario: UI shows “John_Doe_47” above masked robber.
Violation: “Hey John Doe, I know that’s you!”
Correct: “I don’t recognize you with that mask on.”
4. Previous Character Knowledge
Scenario: Your cop character died. New criminal character created.
Violation: New character avoids all police tactics from previous experience.
Correct: New character has zero knowledge of police procedures.
