Compatibility and setup

Framework adapters cover current and legacy ESX and QBCore. Interaction choices are ox-target, qb-target or draw text, while ox_lib is loaded by the manifest and enabled in the default configuration. Select the matching framework and target mode, install the supplied vehicle resource, then test hook placement, vehicle classes, payouts, cooldowns, calls and level progression on staging.
