Description:

This is a completely custom remodel of the staple LS Customs building in the heart of the city. It has been changed from a small basic garage into a vast, modern and clean aesthetic that everyone would be proud to bring their vehicle to.

Main Garage:

• Main Entrance into a very large workshop
• Sunken floor with Stationary Car Ramps to get underneath
• Extra car parking spaces for work vehicles/waiting customers

Reception:

• Modern aesthetic room with black and white feature furniture, including desk, computer, chairs, filing cabinets and shelving.
• Refreshments shelf

Locker Room:

• Metal lockers for employees belongings and uniforms
• Large bench

Special Features:

This MLO comes with a YTD that allows you to apply your custom logo in place of the brown and white “Downtown Mechanics” logo that is used by default giving you a whole rebrand for your own personal mechanic company.
