broFX Mansion 17 map
The package opens Mansion 17 as a streamed FiveM interior. Its files identify four rooms, an office and hidden office, a garage with a separate door, a bathroom, storage, stairs, upper and lower sections, interior doors, lighting and plant variants.
Package scope
The archive contains the map manifest, YMAP placement, collision files, models and textures. It does not include property ownership, storage, wardrobe, door-lock, garage or business scripts. Add those systems separately and verify collision, doors and placement on a staging server.
