Download the mod: grab the latest NVE Enhanced build from RazedMods.com.
Install modding tools: OpenIV + ASI Manager, Script Hook V with ASI Loader.
Create a mods folder in your GTA V root (if absent).
Copy NVE files: merge the provided update folder (and any x64 packs) into mods/.
