Newily Reports | Player Report & Help System
Enhance your server management with Newily Reports, a modern and efficient player reporting and help ticket system designed for ESX and QBCore frameworks. Featuring a sleek React UI, Newily Reports provides comprehensive tools for both players and staff to streamline support and moderation.
Features
- Dual Ticket System: Players can submit reports (player vs player) or help requests via a clean, intuitive form UI.
- Staff Review Panel: Staff members can claim, review, and complete tickets with full player information and identifier display.
- Live Chat: Real-time in-panel messaging between staff and the reporting player for efficient communication.
- Configurable Actions: Customize actions such as Revive, Bring, Go To, Screenshot, and Give Skin via the
shared/actions.luafile. - Screenshot System: Capture in-game screenshots of players and post them directly to Discord for evidence and documentation.
- Player Portal: Players can view their own submitted tickets and their statuses, keeping them informed and engaged.
- In-Memory Storage: Tickets are stored in memory to avoid database bloat; only staff completion statistics persist to SQL.
- Staff Statistics: Leaderboard tracking completions per staff member to monitor and incentivize staff activity.
- Discord Webhooks: Separate webhooks for new reports, claims, completions, actions, and screenshots to keep your team notified.
- Group Permissions: Configure which groups have access to the staff panel using either database or ACE permissions.
- Multi-language: Includes English and Swedish locales, with easy extensibility to add more languages.
Installation
- Import
newily_reports.sqlinto your database. - Configure
shared/config.luato match your server settings. - Customize actions in
shared/actions.luato suit your server's needs. - Start the
newily_reportsresource in yourserver.cfg.
