Rossmore 239 Combat Shotgun
Bring the firepower of Resistance 3 to Los Santos with the Rossmore 239 Combat Shotgun mod! This mod introduces the iconic Rossmore 239, meticulously ported and edited to seamlessly integrate into GTA 5's weapon system. With two distinct levels, you can customize your shotgun to fit your playstyle, and dominate the streets with this devastating weapon.
Features
- Fully animated Rossmore 239 model with working collisions.
- Replaces the luxe variant of the Pump Shotgun (Level 1) and the Bone Finish (Level 2).
- Two unique attachments: flashlight and suppressor.
- Edited attachments to fit the weapon perfectly.
- Level 2 Rossmore's model (v1.1).
- Additional flashlight model for Level 2 Rossmore (v1.1).
- Both Rossmore variants support tints (v1.1).
Installation
- Install OpenIV.asi (Legacy version) or OpenRPF (Enhanced version).
- Unpack the rossmore_gen8 (or rossmore_gen9 for Enhanced version) folder to [Grand Theft Auto V directory]/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/.
- Using OpenIV or CodeWalker, add <Item>dlcpacks:/Rossmore_Gen8/</Item> (or <Item>dlcpacks:/Rossmore_Gen9/</Item> for Enhanced version) to the dlclist.xml file, found in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data.
- If you haven't already, copy the update.rpf from the update folder and place it in the mods/update directory.
- For version 1.1, edit the weaponarchetypes.meta and weaponcomponents.meta files as explained in the ReadMe.txt.
Compatibility
This mod requires OpenIV.asi (Legacy version) or OpenRPF (Enhanced version) to work. To apply tints (version 1.1), use a trainer like Simple Trainer V or Menyoo.
Known Bugs
- The ADS view on Rossmore Level 2 is misaligned.
