FiveMX offers a voluntary 30-calendar-day refund guarantee for eligible technical problems with digital products. This commercial guarantee is separate from, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Where a purchase includes immediate access to digital content, statutory withdrawal rights may be affected only when the legal requirements for immediate supply and the required acknowledgement have been met. Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
Eligible technical problems
- Product performance: the purchased resource does not work as described and you provide enough detail for the issue to be reproduced.
- Unresolved technical fault: support cannot resolve a verified product problem within a reasonable time.
- Product-specific defect: the problem is caused by the purchased resource rather than an unrelated server, hardware, framework or third-party conflict.
De vrijwillige garantie dekt geen simpele verandering van gedachten. Elk verzoek wordt individueel beoordeeld aan de hand van de productbeschrijving, de geleverde bestanden en ondersteuningsbewijs.
Hoe je hulp of een terugbetaling kunt aanvragen
- Neem zo snel mogelijk contact op met de ondersteuning zodra je het probleem ontdekt en binnen 30 kalenderdagen na aankoop.
- Geef het bestelnummer, de product-URL, relevante foutmeldingen en de stappen die nodig zijn om het probleem te reproduceren.
- Geef de ondersteuning een redelijke kans om het product-specifieke probleem te diagnosticeren of te corrigeren.
